Mackinac Marine Services “MMS” is a 15-acre boat storage and repair facility located directly on the Straits of Mackinac, which is central to the Great Lakes. It’s 200 metric ton travelift, is the largest available in Michigan. MMS provides a host of resources primarily geared towards storing and servicing commercial vessels.

MMS is an off-shoot of the Mackinac Island Ferry Company “MIFC”, which has been in operation since 1878 and is the longest running and largest ferry operator in Michigan.
