ABBRA Disaster Relief Fund NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW!
The ABBRA Disaster Relief Fund was created in 2003 to assist individuals and businesses that sustained losses after experiencing a fire or a natural disaster. The fund has already provided assistance to organizations which have experienced significant losses, to help them get “back to business” with as little interruption as possible. Specifically, it assists employees to replace lost tools, which are not otherwise covered under their employers’ insurance policies (post deductibles).
We are seeking donations to the Fund, which is financed almost entirely through private donations, to ensure that we will be able to meet the calls for help from our friends in the boating industry who have sustained unimaginable losses from natural disaster. Please note that all donations go directly into the ABBRA Disaster Fund and payments are made from this fund directly to those in need. All contributions are tax-deductible and they provide ABBRA members with the confidence that comes from knowing we will be there to help minimize the interruption of boatyard operations.
