New Changes to American Boating Congress (ABC)

From Soundings Trade Only: The National Marine Manufacturers Association announced changes to accommodate the growing event, which runs from May 11-13 this year.

The welcome reception that was introduced last year will continue, but it will be held this year at the American Portrait Gallery at the Smithsonian, with “full run of the second floor with a docent,” NMMA environmental and safety compliance director John McKnight said.

Former “Meet the Press” host David Gregory will keynote the event. Other speakers include Rear Adm. Paul Thomas, assistant commandant for prevention policy at the Coast Guard; Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado; and U.S. Rep. Ron Wittman, R-Va. Read the full article on Soundings.
